Assisted Living Facility Administrator
Monte J. Hanks has taken a position as the Assisted Living Administrator at The III Between. He is responsible for overseeing admissions and the care of residents, the RN Supervisor, facilities, kitchen, housekeeping and recruiting and training of licensed and unlicensed staff on the Assisted Living side of The Inn Between. His previous employment was at Wasatch Homeless Health Care, Inc. (4th St. Clinic) where he worked for over 25 years as the Client Services Director, Case Management Supervisor and Clinic Liaison. His formal education is in Health & Human Services, Social Work and Business. While at Fourth Street Clinic, he created and developed Case Management, a Recuperative Care Program, a Dental Referral Project, a TEAM approach to potentially violent situations and assisted in developing a local “Hospice for Homeless” program, which became The Inn Between.
