Kimberly Pate, RD has been with The INN Between since May 2018 when she started as a volunteer; after moving up to the new location, Kim was able to take her skills and knowledge and become a staff member running our new kitchen as the registered dietitian. Kimberly graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Clinical and Community Dietetics. Has worked in the long-term care field for 27 years working as a Consultant Dietitian and Health Program Surveyor. Enjoys reading cookbooks for fun, watching documentaries, and taking long naps.
