The INN Between's Neighborhood Advisory Council (NAC) gives the community an opportunity to provide input about current operations and to inform future decisions about the property from St. Patrick's Churc to 300 South. Information gathered at the NAC meetings helps The INN Between and the Roman Catholic Diocese (the property owners) be responsive to the needs of the community. Crossroads Urban Center will also participate as part of their Poplar Grove Community Outreach program.
The NAC Executive Committee is made up of Poplar Grove residents. All NAC meetings are open to the public and are family-friendly.
Location: The INN Between Administrative Offices (The old Guadalupe School), 340 S. Goshen, Salt Lake City. There's plenty of free parking in the north lot.
First Meeting: Thursday, May 18, 2017, 7:00 pm. This first meeting includes a tour of The INN Between home. Snacks will be provided.
Ongoing meetings: First Wednesday of each month, commencing on June 7, 2017.
Our goal is to ensure that all voices are heard; however, to do so in an orderly manner. Therefore, attendees will be asked to fill out a card with questions or concerns prior to the meeting, and the moderators will select the topics to be discussed, giving individuals a few minutes to voice concerns. Topics not able to addressed in the given timeframe will be taken up during the following meeting. We expect meetings to last one hour.
All concerns and suggestions will be documented for consideration the board of The INN Between or the Roman Catholic Diocese as appropriate.
